Sheriff’s deputies investigating break-ins of several homes

Cabarrus County Sheriff’s deputies are investigating a rash of break-ins last week after several residents in the county reported their homes broken into. • On Sept. 10, Fred Hermann, 39, 4312 Bellgrove Court, Harrisburg, reported that on the same day, someone entered his residence and removed items valued at $13,568. Deputy Kluttz. • On Sept. 10, Cathy Ann Johnson, 54, 7525 Robinson Church Road, Harrisburg, reported that someone entered her residence and stole items valued at $5,430.
