Kannapolis Library’s history room a small treasure

The Kannapolis Foy and Gertrude Hinson History Room of the Charles A. Cannon Memorial Library, which is a Cabarrus County Public Library Branch, has been in existence for more than 10 years. We have people come in frequently and say, “I did not know this was here.” It is one of the small treasures of Kannapolis now being enjoyed by many.

One day I was walking the track at Carolinas Medical Center-NorthEast Health and Fitness Center and it was obvious I was not going very fast. There were two guys really burning up the track and they passed me a number of times. Read more
