n The Piedmont Regional Continuum of Care Committee (PRCoC) is hosting its 3rd Annual Housing Forum, Thursday from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at All Saints Episcopal Church, Concord. The forum is geared toward reducing homelessness in the Piedmont Behavioral Healthcare five-county catchment area of Cabarrus, Davidson, Rowan, Stanly and Union counties.
