The break-ins occurred Sunday at Bill Reames Nationwide Insurance, 1473 Dale Earnhardt Blvd.; law office of Todd C. Williford, 1461 Dale Earnhardt Blvd.; and Stamey Insurance Services, 1460 Dale Earnhardt Blvd.

Officers arrested Christopher Byron Charles, 31, of 607 Dodge St., and Matthew Allen Charles, 25, of the same address.
