A note to readers

 

Starting in February, the Kannapolis Citizen will become a monthly publication, with the first issue coming out at the end of the month.

A sister publication of the Salisbury Post, the Citizen has been covering the Kannapolis community since the fall of 2003.The Citizen has served  up weekly features, news, sports and commentary. 

The new monthly Citizen will also strive to include a variety of stories about Kannapolis and life in this changing city — honoring the past and  looking toward the future. 

We’re grateful to those who have been reading and supporting the Citizen and look forward to serving you with the new format.
